In 2012, Sysgration installed solar panels at our Nankang plant located in Nantou Taiwan. We signed a net-metering program with TaiPower Co. selling renewable power produced from our solar generator. 10,027 kWh renewable power were sold to TaiPower Co. in 2023 and an equivalent of 2.07 metric tons of carbon offsetting effect.
With a growing shift away from usage of fossil fuels for power generation, energy storage system (ESS) is increasingly being utilized to store the output from intermittent energy resources such as wind turbines and solar panels. The main purpose of energy storage is to store energy for use at a later date.
Sysgration has set up a ESS plant in Zhenjiang China since 2015 to initiate carbon reduction and green energy for the future.
