Remuneration Committee
Sysgration's Remuneration Committee consists of three independent Directors to assist the Board of Directors evaluating of the performance-linked compensation of Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers.
The Remuneration Committee's duties are:
- To establish and review the performance assessment policy, standards and compensation Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers
- To evaluate performance and compensation of Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers periodically.
The Remuneration Committee meets at least twice a year. Please consult Sysgration's Annual Report for the relevant year for the number of meetings convened and each member's attendance rate.
