Remuneration Committee

Sysgration's Remuneration Committee consists of three independent Directors to assist the Board of Directors evaluating of the performance-linked compensation of Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers.

The Remuneration Committee's duties are:

  1. To establish and review the performance assessment policy, standards and compensation Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers
  2. To evaluate performance and compensation of Sysgration's directors of the Board and executive officers periodically.

The Remuneration Committee meets at least twice a year. Please consult Sysgration's Annual Report for the relevant year for the number of meetings convened and each member's attendance rate.
