Talent Development

To support education and help retain international talent in Taiwan, National Taiwan University (NTU) has launched a mentorship-based internship program designed specifically for international students. Organized by NTU’s Office of International Affairs, the program invites government agencies, foreign institutions in Taiwan, enterprises, startups, chambers of commerce, research institutes, and non-profit organizations to provide summer internship opportunities for international students. Senior executives from participating organizations serve as mentors, enabling students to integrate theory with practice during the internship, learn by doing, and explore career development. SYSGRATION is honored to have been invited to participate in NTU’s International Navigator Program in Taipei. In addition to having our General Manager, Dr. Tung-Fu Hsieh, serve as a mentor, we provided internship opportunities for three international students during FY 2025 (ROC Year 114). Through participation in this program, we hope to help international talent learn about Taiwan and understand how they can contribute to sustainable development goals through SYSGRATION’s core values and operating model.

Senior-Friendly Public Welfare Activities

Upholding the spirit of “Respect the elderly as we respect our own elders” and promoting healthy, energetic, and value-driven living for senior citizens, the Company carried out several senior-focused public welfare initiatives during FY 2025 (ROC Year 114). At our headquarters in Taipei, we participated in the Huashan Social Welfare Foundation’s Mother’s Day appreciation event, “When You Grow Old, Let Me Love You.” In Nantou, where our Nangang plant is located, we organized “Light Up Love—Join Hands for Charity,” engaging with approximately 20 seniors in Ren’ai Township through exercise activities and assisting health managers with health surveys. In addition, our subsidiary in the Dayawan District of Huizhou, Mainland China, responded to the local “Dayawan Taiwanese Business Association Elderly Visit Activity,” providing care and support to approximately 25 local seniors.

Social Welfare Procurement

We support the “Down Syndrome Foundation R.O.C.” (a charitable foundation that employs individuals with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities) by purchasing “Taste of Happiness” handmade cookies and local agricultural specialty products sold by the foundation. During FY 2025 (ROC Year 114), the Company purchased 200 gift sets at a total value of approximately NTD 76,000. These gift sets were provided as souvenirs for guests attending our Supplier Conference, in order to convey the Company’s public welfare commitment and vision for sustainable operations.

SYSGRATION understands that sustainable corporate development and profitability are founded on opportunities and resources provided by society. Therefore, enterprises have a responsibility to give back to society.
