In accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs), our company evaluates the risks associated with raw material sourcing and conducts supply chain due diligence. Where supplied materials contain minerals such as tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), gold (Au), cobalt (Co), or mica, our company will cooperate by submitting the latest Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) published by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). This is to verify that the sources of these minerals comply with the standards defined by the OECD and other recognized international organizations for conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
This statement shall remain valid until both parties cease trading.
