The Company actively promotes integrity in governance, strengthens the functions of the Board of Directors, enhances operational performance, and safeguards shareholder rights and interests. Following its achievement of top 5% rankings in both categories in the 9th and 10th Corporate Governance Evaluations, the Company was once again recognized in the 11th (2024) Corporate Governance Evaluation—ranking among the top 5% of OTC companies and the top 5% of listed and OTC companies with a market value between NT$5 billion and NT$10 billion. This evaluation covered 976 listed companies and 778 OTC companies.
